Many of the web-based e-card services are nothing more than advertising magnets or are set up to install spyware on the recipients computers. In addition many of them harvest both sender & recipient e-mail addresses and add them to spam lists.
Not exactly what you want to be doing if you intend to use e-cards to promote your website! 

The postcard script used at Hive1 is totally different in that it goes directly to the recipients e-mail inbox, they do not have to go to any other website than your own if they so choose.

There is no advertising involved apart from a small link to hive1 and whatever links you choose for your card and we do not collate e-mail addresses used.

A number of card categories are provided free these include;

  1. erotic art (but no porn!)
  2. camart
  3. 3D (but no spaceships!)
  4. other outstanding art cards
With all the above, card facilities are provided at the editors discretion and submission is here
 

For cards outwith those categories we offer to create custom card pages which can match your own pages (and do not include links to our adult stuff!) with card & page links directly to your own site. You can create your own cards, for which we will provide size/format data or commission us to do them for you.
Pricing is dependent upon the degree of page customisation and number of cards. Once a page is set up you will be able to upload your own cards via a password protected picture uploader.

You've probably already tried the cards, or may have recieved one but if not send yourself one as a test to see how well it works. We have included a 'safe' card if you would prefer.
